Overall Wishlist Page Improvement
Don't reload the page after
- an item has been removed from the wishlist
- a size has been selected
- an item has been added to the basket
- viewing an item in the wishlistReloading the page after all these actions makes clearing out the wishlist very time-consuming and is not UX friendly. I'd probably add more items to the basket from the wishlist if the UX was easier.

Expand your curvy & plus size labels/brands
Iconic needs to have a much more broader range of curvy/plus sized brands to offer this in demand demographic. The current selections available are woefully inadequate & are very uninspiring. 😬🫤

Packaging
Just better protection of products if they are mailed in a bag, mainly watches an other items that can be damage through the mailing system. And if I get a discount it would be great if it is automatically applied at checkout. That’s all thank you.

It is one thing to promote good brands but The Iconic should use its market reach to sanction 'bad' brands - to encourage them to do better8 votes -

pre-packed hampers or create your own MY ICONIC hamper with different products (any brand). Also, ability to send this as a gift to someone - with gift packaging & labels

Brand authencity and more colour choic.
All brand authencity must be guaranteed on bill or with product title on website. More colour choice and clarity for sizing guide.

Having a petites range. We are not all model height.
I look for petites ranges and usually spend most my money there as I know I won’t have to pay to alter pants and sleeve lengths.

Help us be sustainable by adding "how to style" tips to achieve different looks with one garment
In the last image frame, show or list ways to achieve a new style look by adding a belt or tucking in or rolling sleeves etc. Give advice on accessories, what colour shoes to complement, and how to style for different body shapes.

Have a Voucher Codes section in your account - so customers are not scrolling through emails to find a relevant code!
To find a relevant voucher/discount code, it takes a long time to firstly find them and secondly to see the caveats involved and lastly to see if its still applicable because of the date. So it'll be a lot better if the voucher codes are auto-applied at checkout or if there's a section within our account which shows all the eligible ones. Trust me this gonna help customers massively!

more appealing clothes for plus size women
not all plus size women want to hide their curves in baggy tops, oversized t-shirts, bold, crazy prints and unflattering pants. you need to provide more fashionable and affordable clothing options.
