1. Swap back to DHL delivery within NZ! DHL were much faster and PBT are slow!

   I agree, they're notoriously unreliable. I used to get parcels from Iconic overnight. Now it's several days and no updates. Terrible.
   I have started ordering less and less due to this.

   Yes, I agree! PBT are notoriously unreliable and I have reduced how much I order from the iconic due to this. DHL are MUCH better.
