not use PBT Couriers in NZ
PBT customer service is appalling and also they do not understand what next day delivery means and usually takes them 2 - 3 days for delivery.

Agree so much! PBT are actually a nightmare, total shambles of a company

Yes, I agree! PBT are notoriously unreliable and I have reduced how much I order from the iconic due to this. DHL are MUCH better.
