Be quicker about finding out who used my email address to create an account.
I have received welcome emails and tracking details for an order and account in someone else's name.
I don't even live in Australia.
The Iconic are very slow in responding.
If I was a customer, I would be concerned at their lack of concern, and I would worry about the security of my details.
