Beating prices by 10% on items that are cheaper on other websites or price matching. Some items on the Iconic website are overpriced compared to other websites. Especially sporting brands like Nike. Various overseas websites sell this product a lot cheaper.

Agreed! This happened to me so sometimes I buy it anyway and 'return' the old one...

If an item bought goes on markdown within 30 days offer the customer the ability to provide a partial refund, or load it into a store credit fund. It's very frustrating to buy something and see it on sale by the time it arrives...

When a certain brand items are on sale on their own website (eg Forever New, Samantha Wills), Iconic should match the sale. For eg there is an item on Forever New that is 20% off but in Iconic it is full price.

Agreed. Its dumb because you can return and re-purchase something (and the shipping cost is on them), however they wont price match.

this I would choose over all others, its so frustrating!

If something is on sale with the original brand it would be easier for customers to get a refund of the difference rather than returning an item and purchasing it else where.
