I find i tend to shop places like Lorna Jane,Guess,Nike etc via there online sites as i love the rewards i receive & i love shopping with you guys but if yous added a Rewards system i would definitly shop more threw The Iconic than what i already do,which is quite abit 😎 1 of my fav places to shop,Rewards would just add to the fun

  • Collect ICONS: Earn ICONS with every eligible purchase at THE ICONIC.
  • Unlock Rewards: For every 1,000 ICONS you earn, you receive a $10 Front Row Reward.
  • Earn Faster: Complete Access Extra Offers to collect more ICONS and reach Rewards faster. From time to time, we may even surprise you with a Bonus Reward for instant redemption.
  • Level Up: Collect ICONS during your Membership Year to reach 4 Status Levels, each unlocking extra benefits.


Status Levels + extra benefits

In addition to earning ICONS and unlocking $10 Front Row Rewards, Front Row includes multiple Status Levels. Each level unlocks additional benefits, such as:

  • Higher ICONS earn rates
  • Birthday Rewards
  • Anniversary Rewards
  • Other exclusive offers

Your Status Level will be based on the ICONS you collect throughout your Membership Year.

If you call Australia or New Zealand home and are over the age of 18, you’re invited to join THE ICONIC Front Row.

You can join for free by creating an account and shopping at THE ICONIC. Membership is automatic for eligible customers; there’s no separate sign-up process required.

    Free personal shopper for frequent purchasers, in their price range. I don't always have time to troll through the enormous range you have. I would love to be able to email what I'm looking for and my price range and get an email back with available choices in my size.
    Also, another site has an option to put in your measurements and the choices for clothes, no matter what the tag size, appears with your suggested size for each outfit. (I've spent too much on this site,😎)

    Ive been shopping at The Iconic for over 5 years now and have probably spent well over $10,000. It would be great if you had some sort of loyalty system where you get points for every dollar spent and then be able to redeem these points as store credit.

    Offer the same loyalty program as if buying from the brand directly.
    For example Decjuba have a loyalty program where they offer VIP customers 10% full price.
    So I’m more likely to buy from directly than The Iconic.

    Agree. Although like other rewards I spend more money and my husband doesn’t like it. Oh well!!!

    As a regular customer of The Iconic , it would be great if you were able to earn points on every purchase that accumulated into some credits towards future purchases.
    As someone who has already spent thousands of $’s with you guys , it would have been nice if by now I could have treated myself to little something just on credit earned 😊
    I guess I’m just trying to say , that it would be nice to see something like that. 😉

    It would be good to be able to save favourite labels and get notifications when items from that label a listed.

    Yes please! Similar to the Cotton on co 'Perks' reward system. I shop almost exclusively from The Iconic now for both myself and my kids due to having the easiest and fastest returns process I've found so far. I quite literally order a few times a month from The Iconic and have done for some time. A rewards system would be a great way to reward loyal customers like me. Perhaps even different levels of VIP, so the more you shop through the Iconic the more rewards you can get.

    emailing customers personal discount codes or rewards after spending a certain amount of money OR if they are frequent buyers, give them a VIP code!
