I understand it might be difficult for Iconic to offer reward points when “reselling others brands” who already have a rewards program-But where there are numbers there is power so negotiate with the brand so you can allow users to put in their existing reward card numbers to accumulate points direct from the Brand owner. After all it’s just more sales for the Brand - it shouldn’t matter who sells it - we are talking volume. Iconic could also offer a reward based on quantity of purchase- e.g., 25th purchase 15% off next purchase, 50th purchase 25% off , etc., (this would be on full price item ? Or not - do the Maths - it could also be nonrestrictive on time used - can be saved to add onto 50th purchase reward ? Only applicable to frequent buyers - Iconic Loyalty Legends!

It would be great to see a point system every time a purchase transaction is done.

Definitely a rewards program- the more you buy the more you accrue. Birthday discount vouchers. And personalised suggestions, since you have our buying history & our favoured brands, notifications of items you think we’d specifically love.

For regular shoppers on line, have a insentive to always just shop on line, perhaps a reward, buy 5 items in 1 month and get a discount
