Imagine with the rewards and benefits of small business can create. Getting paid or rewarded for your old good belongings with new fresh looks, and last one is a Partnership Program (Job opportunity) to create more awareness and being said that it should come with a bundle of discounts.

Give discounts to loyal customers instead of sending discount codes to customers who haven't shopped with you in a while. I don't think that is fair

$1 = 1 point. Perhaps every 200 points, a $10 voucher or a discount code. Discount code or reward for birthdays

VIP program would be similar to a frequent flyers reward card. The more use of the Iconic the more benefits become available and you enter different status brackets as you spend more. You could adopt a reward points within this and tailor it towards the iconic

The fast shipping was one of the main reasons I have used the iconic for Christmas/birthday gifts as well as social occasions that just sprung up.

More savings incentives for long term and frequent customers would keep me shopping more often.
