Most brands have loyalty rewards.
Also when we do get a discount voucher it has a very limited time frame or conditions. -

It would be great if you had a rewards program that rewarded customers loyalty through offers, discounts, prerelease info, customised emails Etc. An example is the witchery one.

i do alot of online shopping and nany companies offer a membership system depending on miney spent or how many orders are placed they might start everyone on silver then when spend s certain amount go to level gold then level platinum platinun is ect and give discounts on each level of membership to reward Regular customers

When people shop in store, some stores offer credits for every dollar you spend. I feel like this is something the iconic should implement for their customers. I can only imagine how many orders the iconic receives daily, so giving back to customers for using your service should be taken into consideration, see it as a thank you for shopping with the iconic āŗļø
It would definitely be a nice gesture on behalf of iconic, considering people spend $$$ thank you in advance !
