I find i tend to shop places like Lorna Jane,Guess,Nike etc via there online sites as i love the rewards i receive & i love shopping with you guys but if yous added a Rewards system i would definitly shop more threw The Iconic than what i already do,which is quite abit 😎 1 of my fav places to shop,Rewards would just add to the fun

Like Farfetch etc... once you spend over a certain amount there are certain perks like free express delivery, early access to sales, birthday rewards

I love this idea! But until it is implement/ if they implement, I usually try and shop through the Shop Back app when it has a great % return. Not always possible when you see something you love but still $ back

Say, one purchases three reasonably priced items, one gets to pick an additional bonus product.
I think the excitement of getting a bonus item is rewarding. -

Create a loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you spend on the Iconic. So for example create a tiered loyalty program, similar to what Mecca have where you get different rewards depending on your spend level. I am a very avid shopper on the Iconic and have spent a lot of money over the years, but don't receive any additional rewards or benefits to someone who spends for example $50 on the site. Rewarding people based on their loyalty would be a great addition to the Iconic offering.
