I think Iād die if I saw how much I had spent over the last 2 years but I cling to those vouchers included in my bag to use on my next purchases.
Some form of discount, without restricted spend limit, to redeem when you reach a certain spend or purchase threshold -

Definitely a better reward based system to ensure loyal customers are entitled to more of a discount, therefore encouraging more spends.
Keeping shipping costs as low as possible and more sustainable packaging :) -

This is already a thing. You get a 20% off code to use off the total of any purchase... maybe these are new customers thatās havenāt had a birthday yet š¤·š»āāļø

E.g. Sass & Bide VIPs receive 10% off all purchases, Manning Cartell VIPs receive 15% off all purchases, etc. Plus previews on new collections and the ability to pre-order items, etc.
Access to the VIP Program is granted once a certain spend has been achieved. -

based on the amount someone spends in a year it would be nice to receive an incentive to keep on buying from iconic

Do a loyalty program spend and earn like other places

Have a rewards programme that earns points/vouchers based on order/spend per annum that you build up rather than printing and sending vouchers with orders which half the time stay in the courier bag, have a loyalty scheme against your app/online account which shows you what youāve spent and points etc like every $250 earns you a $20 voucher or something rather than spend over and get $.. off. Farmers in NZ do that and itās kept me loyal for beauty products for years. I believe Mecca do something similar. Also more support of boutique nz and aus brands and featuring them in the marketing campaigns rather than the big brands who everyone already knows and loves.

Like sephora rouge programs and mecca and david jones there needs to be a system for points and rewards and customers and different levels to encourage spending with discounts at each level

Earn points as you spend. Accumulate points and then redeem with a futur purchase.

The month of your birthday would be even better with an iconic gift voucher. A reward program would also be nice.

The more you spend, the more rewards you unlock! Looking after loyal customers to ensure they continue to use the iconic would be a great step!

Supporting those who support you. There is a lot of competition online, prices are easily compared. Whilst The Iconic is very competitive, rewarding those who remain loyal via a reward program as recognition might be nice. Could be as a percentage spend rebate or so many points equates to a gift voucher/credit.
