We’re excited to share that THE ICONIC Front Row has launched!
Your front row seat to more!
How Front Row works:
- Collect ICONS: Earn ICONS with every eligible purchase at THE ICONIC.
- Unlock Rewards: For every 1,000 ICONS you earn, you receive a $10 Front Row Reward.
- Earn Faster: Complete Access Extra Offers to collect more ICONS and reach Rewards faster. From time to time, we may even surprise you with a Bonus Reward for instant redemption.
- Level Up: Collect ICONS during your Membership Year to reach 4 Status Levels, each unlocking extra benefits.
Status Levels + extra benefits
In addition to earning ICONS and unlocking $10 Front Row Rewards, Front Row includes multiple Status Levels. Each level unlocks additional benefits, such as:
- Higher ICONS earn rates
- Birthday Rewards
- Anniversary Rewards
- Other exclusive offers
Your Status Level will be based on the ICONS you collect throughout your Membership Year.
Who can join + how to join
If you call Australia or New Zealand home and are over the age of 18, you’re invited to join THE ICONIC Front Row.
You can join for free by creating an account and shopping at THE ICONIC. Membership is automatic for eligible customers; there’s no separate sign-up process required.
We built Front Row because you asked for it - and we’d love your continued feedback: which benefits matter most to you, and what would you like to see next?

Yes! I have been a customer since the site started up and have spent upwards of $20k...yet there is zero recognition of costumer loyalty

Mecca has a fantastic rewards scheme and reviews page on products.
Every $300 spent you receive a sample pack.
Perhaps if iconic did a voucher for brands out loyal to..or even feedback/recomendation page. -

People who have shopped there enough should receive a VIP discount code on their next order. It encourages their continual return and when told about it to new customers, encourages them to spend in order to also become a VIP and receive discounts

Each dollar spent goes towards a bigger discount. The discount sizes are dependant on how much you have spent on your account. Eg. $100 spent gives 10% off next purchase, $250 gives 25% off next purchase, $500 gives you 50% off next purchase.

you need to customise a newsletter depending on a search done by the customer and their buying habits

Agreed! Similar to the one Lalabazaar have. Every purchase gives you points and you can use those points to reduce the cost of your next purchase or build them up!

Based on what a custumer purchases and how often he/she buys the iconic goods, the iconic could have slip something in that package as a present.
