- Birthday Rewards
- Anniversary Rewards

Your Status Level will be based on the ICONS you collect throughout your Membership Year.

In way of customer retention and to keep us coming back - you should focus on your loyal customers by rewarding us. I know new customer acquisition is important but it would be nice to feel appreciated for all the business I give to The Iconic :)

general pants will give you $10,$25 and $50 off depending on how much you spend. I see heaps of people asking for some type of loyalty reward and this would be a greasy way to implement it

Maybe customers who have been loyal purchasers for a certain number of years and have spent a certain number in 12 months. Example 60% off for a customer who has spent 2000 in 12 months and has been a loyal customer for 5 years.
Don’t just make the sales available for anybody (hence vip sale)

I think the iconic would seriously benefit from a membership system.
Over 2016-2017 I spent roughly $4500 on the Iconic. It would be nice to feel like there was some sort of a reward or point system in place! -

Have a tiered VIP with discounts/vouchers for how much you spend in a calendar year the more you spend the higher the discount- early access to sales/free express post
