We have added a feature called ‘notify me’, so when a size you want is out of stock just tap it and we’ll send you an email when it’s available.

Have an option to shop on instagram
Having the option of being able to look at the Iconic Instagram and shop the items like other brands such as Kookaï

Be able to return via parcel point
Use parcel point as a returns service as well as the post office. A lot easier to visit if you work 9-5!

Just follow these steps:
1. Complete THE ICONIC returns form by logging in to your account.
2. Once you have submitted your return, select if you would like to drop your parcel off to one of 1,300 Parcel Point locations (free service) or have your return picked up from you preferred location ($4.95 fee). Review and confirm your details to create your return shipping label.
3. Print your return shipping label and attach it to your return parcel (ensure you don’t cover the barcode and remove any existing labeling if you are using the ICONIC satchel).Find out more here: https://theiconic.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/212466277-How-do-I-return-an-item-

Select Sales Catagory
To be able to select which catagory in the sales you want to shop, rather displaying everything at once when you don't want them all and waste so much time looking at everything.
1 voteThanks for your feedback. If you are on a sales page you can do this on the website by refining the catalogue in the left menu by Category. Just click on the category you want to view and it will expand to show all the sub categories which you can continue to refine.
On the app, tap on the refine icon in the Shop on the top right, tap on Category and select the categories you wish to refine by.
You can also filter by sales items when you are viewing a category by clicking Sale items only under Price in the refine menu.

Allow viewers to zoom in on garments to provide a closeup photo of fabrics and patterns
At the moment the fabric pattern is not discernible with the result that a true effect and colour are not easily seen.

Make sure you have the latest version of the Android app to access this functionality.

We’ll then send you an email whenever an item in your Wishlist is marked down, goes low in stock or comes back in stock. Please stop removing the 'curvy' option from the menu
Please stop removing the 'curvy' option from the menu. I am not interested in looking at clothing that will not fit me on very thin models. It wastes my time and is bad for my body image. I am not sure why it keeps getting removed. I am not offended by the curvy tag as it tells me that the clothes are cut for my fuller figure. If it is because the clothing manufacturers think they can sell their uncurvy ranges to me all that will happen is that I will return the item because it wont fit.

Few items i would like to purchase are out of stock in my size, would be nice to be notified when it becomes available.
