I understand that some sale items are final however if you have customers that use the site regularly, allowing them the option to return final sale items would increase purchases. I know there are a few things I have left here as it was a final sale and I wasn’t sure.
Setting guidelines on what regularly would be also so that consistency and transparency were there too.
