    Customer service has really gone downhill. What happened? It used to be a key reason I’d shop here, now I’d rather go elsewhere. Refunds/returns, price matching, and after sale support had become worse than just going to a store. The only advantage is the convenience, but I can get that elsewhere for better prices.
