I agree. AusPosts agenda is to drive footfall to their POs NOT to deliver to a residents. I wasn't allowed the option of 'leave at front door' which has worked so well in the past. Even though someone was home yesterday the deliverer left a calling card in the letterbox. So I went to the PO this morning (doesn't open until 9am so I was late for work) because I wanted the dress for our Christmas party on Friday night. I was told (when the PO eventually opened) that my parcel would not be back at the PO until after 4.30pm today! Useless. You have lost 4 loyal customers, Iconic, (my 3 shopaholic daughters and myself) until you use a different carrier.
