   I was going to mention the same idea of mailing out birthday discounts every year. Stcking it in a prepaid envelope along with your monthly payment bill seems a bit impersonal. Wouldn't be great to rotate staff to write personal handwritten birthday messages in a birthday card to add a personal touch letting your customers you appreciate them for being a loyal customer and enjoy their day going on a mini shopping Spree.
