Improve their service
Not impressed with your service at all. My order is lost somewhere (says delivered in courier tracking and says yet to be picked up in your own tracking). As an online only retailer, maybe you should invest in better systems and more reliable delivery services. I lodged a customer inquiry, did online chat with your customer service - no resolution. I have wasted my time trying to chase this item I don't need anymore.
