Dually list it's parent company, Global Fashion, on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) to benefit Australian consumers
Dual list on the ASX so that your Australian customers who contribute to Global Fashion's profits, can also invest in Global Fashion by buying it's shares, thereby receiving dividends and a share in those profits, ultimately also contributing back into the Australian taxation system as dividends & earnings in Australia are taxed. Make it clear to customers that they can invest in Global Fashion (if listed on ASX) while not actually advising them to do so (so you don't breach financial advice laws) ie warning that customer-investors must consider their own circumstances & get independent financial advice if needed. The point of this idea is to enable Australian customers to partake in the profits (via dividends) their purchases make and Australian society benefit from the taxes raised on those dividends. This would also likely increase customer-investor loyalty to The Iconic because customers also partly own it.
