Nice idea, but that's not how sales work, that's a suggestion for a sale price guarantee at any time, including long after the sale period has ended. Also assumes there will or can be more stock.

a lot off good products on sale rarely have my size , when my size is back oin stock trhe sale price is gone , I would like to commit and pay upfront at the sale price aven if there was a month or 2 wait for product

Great in an imaginary world :) but sale prices should only be honoured during the sale. Sometimes things are selected to go on sale as they are low in certain sizes.
