Don't bill my CC and then tell me you can't ship the item
This is the second time I have ordered items and had an issue after paying. The first time I was also charged the shipping cost as my order fell below the threshold for free shipping and I was not advised until after you had charged my CC. This time I wasted an hour looking for a couple of tee shirts, paid for them and now find out you cant ship them again after charging my CC.
Have a look at it from the customers perspective and let me know if you think this is good. I definitely don’t.
A. Don’t charge my CC and then tell me you cant ship it. You know my address and the items I have in the basket so you need to advise if this is an issue at that point.
B. Don’t display something for sale if it is not available in a certain area. Plenty of other website do this so I am sure you can too.
