START A VIP LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM
I find i tend to shop places like Lorna Jane,Guess,Nike etc via there online sites as i love the rewards i receive & i love shopping with you guys but if yous added a Rewards system i would definitly shop more threw The Iconic than what i already do,which is quite abit 😎 1 of my fav places to shop,Rewards would just add to the fun

If The Iconic doesn't have a rewards program or start one, if it adds the points from purchase to the brands that do have rewards programs when bought through The Iconic?? i.e. at purchase there might be a box to add member number for that brand?

I’m always finding an item I love on your site, but end up finding it and buying it elsewhere because they have better rewards. Eg. spend $250 get a $20 voucher

A tiered loyalty program that rewards customers based on their tenure, money spent per year, frequency of purchases, frequency of product reviews, etc.
Prizes should include discounts, free items, access to special events, personal shopping services, wardrobe advice, etc. -

When customers buy an item to use reward card for points , with every points or total ...they earn an item for discounts through ordering on line and they will quote the. Reward card number every item they buy. On cart gives them reward points . Every registered customer is able to register for this card to get points

All VIP items to be delivered prompt and added as special or priorities when orders by them above others . A card to be enclosed with each items as VIP .symbol ei a yellow card or red card enclosed customer name and complimentary thank you and discount added on it as a thank u for the VIP ...

I understand that some sale items are final however if you have customers that use the site regularly, allowing them the option to return final sale items would increase purchases. I know there are a few things I have left here as it was a final sale and I wasn’t sure.
Setting guidelines on what regularly would be also so that consistency and transparency were there too. -

I think a point program (VIP) would be a great idea for regular shoppers. Once a certain amount of points has been reached a small voucher could be issued of a special discount code. This will also help generate continual return.

A POINTS SYSTEM- WITH REWARDS (ie - gift voucher). For example - $500 worth of shopping = $50 Iconic rewards!!
