be better
Send orders on time when customers have paid for express same day delivery- make sure that happens.
- don't send faulty stock
- dont charge customers for out of stock items ?!
- when you have totally made every mistake offer a refund or huge discount, because the damage I have done by sharing my real experience with iconic this tim of year could of been avoided if my problem was resolved and I was treated fairly and not ****** around,
