Actually deliver purchased products. Or, follow up with courier company when things aren't delivered.
Product not delivered despite tracking saying it was. Tried callin courier company but couldn't get through to a human. The middle man - between iconic and courier also refused to help. So I'm out hundreds of dollars with no recourse because the error was on the delivery end and no one will help or take responsibility.
There are many other courier company you can use than the current one (Toll).
If your management want to keep up the sales number and returning customers then please do yourself a favour and stop using Toll.
