Improve your customer service, don't cancel orders, Answer emails about order problems. I bought direct from the manufacturer in the end.

I ordered last week chose to pay to have delivery on Saturday because I wanted the items for the weekend. One hour before delivery was expected, I received an email saying I needed to supply a copy of a utility bill before you would accept my order! I have never heard of such a thing and certainly never experienced it before. The rude message just topped it off. If I didn't respond within 48 hours they would cancel my order! Not thank you for your order or any other civil greeting. I chose to cancel. No response from the Iconic at all, they chose not to answer my complaint. I ordered from the manufacturer of the goods on Monday and due to have the items delivered on Wednesday. That's service.
