Returns
Hello,
I’d like to suggest a small improvement to the returns process. It would be really helpful if customers could combine items from multiple orders into a single return parcel, rather than needing to send and process separate satchels for each order.
This change would not only make the process more convenient for customers but also significantly more economical for The ICONIC. For example, I recently returned six different items in one week — combining them into a single return would have saved around $50 in postage costs just from one customer. Over time, that could represent substantial savings for the business
