Listen to customers
Was given a discount code for $25 however it did not work. Customer service sent an email with troubleshooting ideas. When I responded stating all of these had been met (ie minimum spend was met, within the the validity date, no excluded items, code was correct) and provided screen shots as proof I then got no response however got an email asking for a customer service rating on my recent issue! Would be good to actually have customer service to rate!
