I think its probably fair to add a disclaimer next to both brands when buying their pants/shorts/skirts. There should be a note that states 'not actual size, order two sizes bigger''. I am a standard 8 in pants and ordered office-style pants for work. I was preparing myself for the case that I might have to return them and re-order a size 10...when actually the reality was Id have to return them and re-order in a size 12..I legit though I was accidentally sent a pair of toddlers pants when I opened the packages!!
