By showing diameter across ball of foot those of us with wide feet can tell if the shoe will fit. Some of your brands are NOT for wide feet (such as Spurr) but some styles can fit wide feet.
Of course there is also brands such as Naturaliser, Diana Ferrari, etc that are for wide feet.
