Firstly, I would like to congratulate the the team @ The Iconic for an exceptionally well done UI. Adding my 2 cents to enhance the customer's experience - I believe to give a well rounded and fulfilling experience online is most difficult to build and can be the differentiation / USP of an online fashion retailer. One such focus area could be content. Someone rightly said in online business Content is King. Having a content strategy is as important / critical as having a product strategy. While product listings will attract customers, content will engage and retain customers. Simple initiatives like - putting together season appropriate looks, what's new in global fashion, celebrity watch, today's trending, blogging, tips & tricks of fashion, etc.
