Customer feedback & ratings
Include reviews about products from customers who have bought the products (verified purchases of course) and ratings such as true to size. Also an option to upload customer pictures so you can see how it looks. ModCloth does this and it works great

Source a wider range of vegan leather/suede etc options. Animals need they skin, y’all
No secret that demand for cruelty-free products is on the rise. You’d do your business a favour by opening business to the wider community by expanding your range of vegan items. You’ve got a modest collection but there’s massive room for growth, with plenty of suppliers ready to support you.

Have more colourful clothing. Most of the time it’s just black and white.
As for someone who doesn’t wear black as much it is very hard to find anything with beautiful colours with most of the clothing.

Better ways of narrowing searches and customising shopping experiences
Looking at previous purchases and saved items to narrow brands and types of products.
Have had issues where items that I didn't want to save have appeared in my wishlist
Removal of saved items sometimes doesn't work and they reappear after a click or alternate search

Offering a size exchange on an item in special would be awesome I just wasted almost$100 on clothing that I can never wear.

Stock brands like Gucci bags, balenciaga shoes, etc!!
Like everybody else, I love shopping at the iconic. I just wish there were more higher end brands like these and others!
Id definitely fill my mailbox with them in no time :)

Bigger Shoe sizes for all female shoes.
Bigger shoe size for Ladies.
I have to search and search to find nice shoes in a larger size otherwise have to buy unisex and they do not have the same colours as female stock. Need dress shoes, flats, heels etc in larger sizes.8 votes -

often the larger models are jn ill fitting clothes. this is not necessary and doesn’t do the brand any service
