  1. I only buy natural fibres so I search using the term I’m interested in. Often I find products which contain a mix with a non natural fibre.

  3. Tell the size of the models and the size they are wearing

    Photos of models give an indication of the size and how something might look. If we knew the size of the model, how tall etc and the size of the garment we would get a better indication of how it would look.

    Definitely a rewards program- the more you buy the more you accrue. Birthday discount vouchers. And personalised suggestions, since you have our buying history & our favoured brands, notifications of items you think we’d specifically love.

  14. Sizing consistency Please!!

    Sizing is one of the biggest gripes with today’s shoppers! It’s almost impossible to know what size to buy these days unless you’re a perfect ‘sample size’ & I tend to stick to either brands I know my size in and/or Shoes exclusively!

    While The Iconic is not alone in this, I think you have a great platform to encourage Designers & Brands to bring universal consistency across Sizing in clothing.

    C/meo collective, We are kindered (pains me to list them here as I use to be a fan two years ago but their clothing have gone downhill)

    Delphine (this is more hit or miss)

    Guess (their bags and denim are alright (still crazy overpriced) but other apparel are cheap)

  16. Stop promoting the products you sell with pictures of clothes that aren't available - or aren't part of the promotion.

    Its annoying to click on a 'shop now' because you like the image accompanying it, but then can not find that item.
