Use recyclable / biodegradable bags for robust soft items like rubber/cotton/linen/denim clothing and fabric bags.

When my size is sold out -order it in for me please then notify me so I can purchase

Stock more short sleeve blouses for women.
Feminine short sleeve blouses and shirts. Not the wide sleeve. Something soft and easy to wear with slacks, shorts or skirts that sits a a reasonable length for middle aged women.

Have larger models..larger sizes and stretch fabric tops(more than just size 14 or 16) and long pants etc
Larger sizes like sizes 20,22,24 etc than just size 8 or 10 and 14 or 16 etc, I know many women who look for those larger sizes and can't find them..and even in summer they like tops with sleeves to the elbow etc. There is some lovely soft stretch materials..would be nice to see them used..

Wider range of brands please!!
Please start including more brands, or have more selections of existing brands! Brands like TWIIN, Afends, Dazie, Topshop, LENNI etc. etc. have such cute clothes that I believe would really appeal to the younger audiences like myself, and I really want to purchase from The Iconic since it is an Australian brand and will arrive quicker, but I end up going to other sites because they just have more of the styles I like! Even if those brands are stocked, The Iconic seems to provide only very 'basic'/simple pieces, but those brands (and so many others) have so many clothes…

Be able to tailor clothes for me - create my profile of brands I like, suggested brands for me, trending purchases
Be able to log in. Add my body size, have my fave brands saved, and be able to pick and choose clothes tailored to my figure (think how they do it on clueless). That way I can put different outfits together. Also have saved my previous purchases so I can pull them out too.

More wide fit shoes please
Leather wide fit shoes would be amazing. Especially ones appropriate for corporate environments (black and nude heels - 4/10 of the normal wide fit shoes currently are animal print). Shorter block heels and pointed toe shoes would be nice to see too.

Have better price reductions across the whole site not just in particular brands
As described above , often emails come in and stated huge sales but when you click through it is only on certain brands but sometimes not even across the whole brands. Your overheads are low as all online you should be providing a better priced Or discounted product. Try rewarding members with extra discounts to encourage them to return or discount more the more you spend
