Clearly identify Oeko-Tex, Organic, Non-VOC Materials
Multi-disciplinary illnesses are a growing issue in the world, especially among children. Having clothing and footwear that is clearly marked as being Oeko-Tex verified and Organic means people can make well informed choices in an overwhelming market.
Allergies are a vastly growing issue and don’t just consist of rhinitis or hay fever, but dermatitis, keratosis and psoriasis. For many people the colours used in dyeing materials cause not only skin irritation, but irritation of the eyes and the respiratory system. Just as man-made, synthetic materials contain volatile glues that not only break down quicker, but release VOC’s into the air…

Have the option to buy two sizes but only pay for one, then return the other!
Have the option to buy two sizes of a product if unsure of which will fit but only pay for one, and return the size that doesn't suit. If it doesn't get returned within an estimated time the buyer would get charged for both. Saves on either purchasing two items or waiting the LONG wait time for exchange.

Have links to styles featured on home page
I saw this gorgeous blue outfit on the page yesterday and I could not find it and wasted so much time looking for it - if you show an outfit or style, please show us where to find it

I want to make a list of my "avoid" brands, just like my list of "favourite" brands
The app has a "filter by brand" option which allows me to select all the brands in my "Your Brands" list. These are all the brands which I've +Followed in the past.
Just like building a list of my favourite brands, I also want to build a list of my least favourite brands which I can use to omit those brands from my filter results.
Right now to do this, I have to select all brands, then individually deselect the brands which I don't want to see. This takes me a couple minutes each time and usually the filter breaks…

Hold my place when scrolling on the app!
I’m browsing on the app then I respond to a message or take a call and when I go back to the app I’ve lost my spot. I also never know how many pages I have left to scroll through - need that satisfaction of getting to the last page.

Put in your body shape to suggest dress or clothing styles to suit.

Include "as worn by you" images to compare sizing.
Include images at the bottom of the page from people that have purchased the item & tagged on IG, wearing it to compare how it looks on similar body types in non studio staged images.

Tiered loyalty program
Create a loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you spend on the Iconic. So for example create a tiered loyalty program, similar to what Mecca have where you get different rewards depending on your spend level. I am a very avid shopper on the Iconic and have spent a lot of money over the years, but don't receive any additional rewards or benefits to someone who spends for example $50 on the site. Rewarding people based on their loyalty would be a great addition to the Iconic offering.

Streamline searching
The search function and category breakdowns are terrible. There is too much stock, it all needs to be broken down into more precise categories.

Show jewellery on someone, otherwise it can be deceiving especially with size etc.
Earrings and necklaces need a face and neck to show proportions.
