It's been 10 days since I ordered, Couriers Please left a card in the mailbox without ringing the bell. I booked a redelivery online but it never came. I have followed up with Iconic customer Service and still no delivery. It might seem cheaper, but Couriers Please are destroying your delivery reputation in Australia4 votes -
Different aged models wearing the item
It would be great to see a dress on various aged and sized models for relatability. I’d love to see them on someone over 40 as well.

Sizing in true form. Use Australian designers and manufacturing. Stop using Chinese made products,
Use Australian designers who understand Australian women and sizing. I am over 50, still want to wear nice designs and am a size 14 + 16. Options are very limited in nice fabrics.
Australian designers and manufacturing should be a priority.

Recycle quality clothing
I buy a lot of quality clothing but I may only wear it once. I would like it if the Iconic could offer a seconds site, where items could be bought back from people then resold at slightly higher price than the purchase back.

Larger shoes sizes for men
My son is a size 15 in shoes and it’s very hard to find these… it would be great if The Iconic had shoes beyond size 13. It would make it so much easier as I wouldn’t have to wait weeks to get his shoes from international online stores.

directly link Qantas Frequent Flyer Members points to purchases made through The Iconic
Give customers the direct ability to earn Qantas points with purchases made via The Iconic. Customers can input their Frequent Flyers Member number in their account details and earn points automatically for purchases.
Currently you are able to earn points if you sign in through Qantas first and then The Iconic although it is easy to forget before making a purchase.
I feel I would be more inclined to purchase through The Iconic if I was earning a reward for shopping.

Full range of sizes and colors
Big brands in other countries like US and Europe offer much wider range of sizes and colors and these offers don't seem to reach Australia.
I would gladly wait longer for delivery or pay a bit extra if I could get the size and color I want instead of settling.4 votes -
backpacks and designer bags for ****** pumps
Nappy bags are one thing, but going to back to work and carrying a separate ****** pump bag sucks. There's heaps available in the US, but are a bit harder to come by here.
