Have more items of high quality natural materials like silk, cotton, wool etc. Say no to cheap synthetics!
I am having trouble finding items that are made of natural materials. I avoid buying clothing made of synthetics, they are bad for us and the environment. I would like to see more of natural fibers like cotton, wool, silk and especially sustainably sourced kind. Also would love to see real vegan leather like pinatex, not polyurethane as calling polyurethane “vegan leather” is just greenwashing a plastic item.
I was also surprised to see that you are still selling bags (perhaps other items too) made of pvc: a known carsinogen hazardous to health. I think items containing that should have…

Have a social impact model

add even more plus sized products.
The Iconic has a better range of plus sized products than most stores, but I would like to see a wider range across a number of different categories. For example, size 18+ are severely lacking in the activewear section.

Better way to remove old shipping label so that bag can be reused for returns
When I received a bag from sportscraft, they had a separate removable piece that had the old shipping label on it. all I needed to do was remove the slip of paper inside and the old label was gone. The Iconic should implement this as your regular stick on label is very hard to remove and I end up taping a ton of masking tape over it.

Every user should be given a chance to write the purchased product review after its been delivered and others who should be able to see those review and can make a purchase

Specific product detail is key. For eg do not sell a product as lined; and there in no lining upon receipt of the product

Showcase more alternative fashion designers.
The Iconic can be very mainstream, as a result I go to other sites to source more alternative fashion looks. Some rockabilly, 50s, 60s designs and some new more innovative fashion trends particularly local Australian designers such as Dogstar, Maiocchi or Melbourne/Sydney designers.

Don't show items multiple times (in every colour available), there are too many pages!
Just use the "other colours available" description (whether that appears or not is a bit random at the moment) but make sure that if you're searching for (eg) pink shoes, the search will pick all of them up even if you're showing the black version

Show in the
When seatching for instance for a top .... in the gallery have the item once instead of a few times in diffeent colours. instead have the items once with the colours available next to or under the item name in a bar style so the search list is not say 5 items the same but in differnt colours. You can see from the colour bar that that atyle comes in x amount of colours and then to see what it looks like in each colour you click on the item. Make reviews part of the website so I don't waste time and money buying things only to be disappointed.
I've seen only a handful of items have reviews (and only 1 or 2). I've looked and I don't know where to leave my review.

It's been 10 days since I ordered, Couriers Please left a card in the mailbox without ringing the bell. I booked a redelivery online but it never came. I have followed up with Iconic customer Service and still no delivery. It might seem cheaper, but Couriers Please are destroying your delivery reputation in Australia4 votes
