Deliver to parcel lockers
Not all work places will accept deliveries and i dont want it dropped outside my building (it will get taken!) so for me parcel lockers are the best. Would love if you could deliver to them!

Have a better range and also create a category for it so you don't have to keep searching by 'maternity' or brands you already know

The app used to have a swipe function with recommendations and got to know your style. I loved it! Bring it back!

Allow you to consolidate returns
Book a single return but include items from multiple orders, so that you only have to send back one parcel rather than multiples. It makes me feel guilty when the courier has to keep coming back + it would be cheaper for The Iconic.

reduce the number of plastic bags they use

Indicate long boot calf circumference measurements
I've purchased boots that are far too big around the calf. I'm sure others have the opposite problem. Would be great to know at point of purchase to save having to return them.

PRICE MATCH GUYS, COMMON YOU CAN DO IT
Surely, you want yr company stand out from the crowd and the one ☝️ company with number 1 customer services...therefore you should honor price match option...i believe not only me but other customers strongly agree that everyone like to research about prices & reviews before purchasing. So I hope you can bring this price match option on board

A homeware section to the site would be incredible and an asset to the site as they have such good returns and delivery that many many people would order from Iconic

Allow customers to access the website/app while overseas
Currently unable to process purchases while traveling overseas, even though I'm looking to have delivery to my home in australia. I can see the products on the website but can't proceed to checkout, and the app isn't available at all.

last item and in the bag it and still looking at other products it should be locked in until purchasing it so
If its the last item and is in your bag it should stay there and not be taken away until purcahsing has been completed as still looking at other products
