Let us put an item on hold so we make sure we don't miss out!
I wish I could put items on hold, sometimes I want to buy the last one of a certain size of item and I am at work, by the time I get home it is sold out! Please let us put items on hold

Charge and show prices in nz dollars
When shopping from NZ you don't know that the prices shown are in fact AUS Dollars. Would be nice to be able to shop and be shown prices in NZD.

Stock a broader range of sizes in womens shoes eg Size 35 or 41-42
size 35 / AU5 or 5.5 in womens shoes - I have small feet and really struggle to find shoes I like. Many of the designers featured also make 35's but these aren't stocked on the Iconic. I can imagine women with foot sizes on the other end of the spectrum eg 41-42 have just as much trouble.

Allow a paid express delivery option if outside 'next day delivery' area. Seems crazy that a delivery to WA can take nearly two weeks but no paid option if customer wants to receive their order quicker.

Give more package deals
Include deals which give discounts. Etc 3 tee shirts for a reduced price or a hoodie and a tee shirt for a reduced price.

Magazine / Instagram focus
More magazine like presentations showing while ensembles & combinations of items and with a story. Maybe featuring a stylist and/or a character. More use of Instagram to do this too. Rather than letting Instagram be “friends of..” and social pics. Have it add depth to garments through context.

Deliver my items!
A week later and still waiting for my order and no reply to my email but received a satisfaction survey email. It's probably best to wait until the customer has their order first!

Matching close in one page
Sometimes the model wearing a nice shorts with t shirt and I like a tshirt instead of shorts but the price is just for the shorts

Washing instructions
It would be great to receive more product detail on the type of material and its related washing instructions. I look for products that do not require dry cleaning as overall it is inconvenient and significantly increases the cost per wear of that item.

Redirect to Paypal site for payment
Instead of automatically charging your Paypal account when selected as the payment method, redirect to Paypal's payment options so you can pay by credit card.
Paypal doesn't allow for a credit card as the primary source of payment - this means it's charging straight to your bank account without any confirmation or warning and often results in a dishonor fee if you don't have the funds available.

Be able to find clothes suited to body types.
I'm a tall guy and not HUGE, but I have hips, it can be hard to find jumpers and shirts that aren't snug around the waist and therefore uncomfortable to wear and look bad. Everyone is different, but I know that there are some pretty consistent body shapes and types that people struggle to find clothes for.

i wish that some of your lovely fashion shoes came in wider fittings..and that the straps on ankle shoes were a little longer...
most of the fashion shoes fit in length but...the ankle strap shoes which I love I can not wear because the straps are far too short in length ..my ankles swell in summer and need to adjust the straps which are not long enough...so I cant buy....why not longer straps...I have several friends which have the same problem...should not only be made for skinny ankles...I still like to wear modern shoes ..please get manufactures to look at this....longer ankle straps please....
