  1. Stock more of the latest releases from brand like Nike, North Face, Champion and Carhartt

    More of the new releases from Nike, North Face, Champion and Carhartt. There are a lot of products on the competitors websites that the Iconic doesn't stock.

  2. Be a company that doesnt do wage theft. Im hoping you guys arent one of those.

    Its more of a hope than a request. I want to support Australian businesses, but lately a lot of big businesses have been committing wage theft and I hope The Iconic is and has been doing the right thing.

  3. Make me buy less

    Instead of me buying 5 white tees, cheap ones; give me a reminder to buy 1 really great white tee. Remind me that we don’t need too many clothes. We need better clothes and sustainable fashion.

    Help me style what I have. Help me accessorise. Link me to good content that show the pieces I am eyeing.

  10. Birthday Rewards and locality Discounts

    I’d love to see birthday rewards, I get them from pretty much every other online company except Iconic. Also perhaps an extra discount for those returning loyal customers… just an extra incentive to check out those things on my wish list ❤️ Other than that I love shopping with Iconic

  11. Stock more vegan friendly brands and include accessory materials

    More vegan friendly clothing, shoes and accessories. For items such as:
    - Sunglasses, it would be great to know the fabric composition of the cases
    - Bags - if the internal brand stamping is synthetic
    - Candles - note if they're cruelty free and vegan friendly

    Often I buy products in sizes I don't fit into or the texture of the product is such that I am unable to wear it - in most of these cases you could return the product within 30 days but I have to admit I have missed that deadline many times for various reasons - would love to then get a market place (ICONIC FLEA) where these products could be re-sold (to Iconic or other users if they are interested) at a mark-down :) It does not have to be a forever thing - could just last a month (who…

    I often see just 5 pages in one screen but sometimes I like to start viewing from the last page but the only way to do it on iconic site is to keep scrolling each page one by one - would love for that to be available like it is in other websites.

  15. Better "you'll like this since you viewed this"

    I wish there were better related results to the product we are viewing. Many times the items aren't even related at all. It makes it easier to search products on the basis of what we are viewing. Sorry to mention but Asos has nailed this feature. And the iconic can improve on it.

  18. Be able to DE-SELECT brands as a filter

    Currently, you can select all brands then unclick the ones you don't like - however there's SO many brands in most searches that this is very tedious. Also, when I try to do this on the app, it crashes from seeing it as too many filters. I would love to be able to remove things like maternity, curvy, petite, and cheap/unflattering brands from my searches but it just doesn't work.
