Have one day a week where selected items are heavily discounted and change styles each week
This would help get rid of your clothing that hasn't been able to sell due to sizing etc :)

sales that are not only $3-6 of the original price
cause you expect an on sale item to have a significantly lower price than its original but that is not the case for some as I see some with like $3-6 taken off them which is still a sale but not the one i am used to.

Have the bras or panties which match the one I'm looking at in the you may also like pictures and not random items.
I was looking for sets for lingerie and every time I clicked on the bra or pants the suggested items never suggested the matching product only what seemed like random items like shirts or such.

Make it easier to separate activewear from regular clothing
I like browsing from time to time (not looking for a specific item) and don't like scrolling through what feels like hundreds of pairs of the same black leggings when looking for some pants.

Discounts above a certain spend, but no freebies
I think extra discounts for those who spend above a certain level would be great, but please no freebies. Freebies just encourage people to accumulate more useless stuff they don't need. Let's be conscious consumers.
