Detail a bit more about sizing
If normally a 10 this style runs bigger /smaller. I use my size guide and end up having to do lots of exchanges

Stock all of the sizes brands offer, alot of shoe brands offer size 11 (42) but they are not offered. E.g the shoe brand EOS has size 42
Offer all of the sizes brands offer for example shoes that have size 11, for example the Shoe brand has Size 42/AU11 and you do not offer this size. More options for big womens feet would be appreciated

More available sizes in16,18,xl and xxl
Please start to hold more stock in sizes 16,18 xl and xxl. Almost everytime i go to order something affordable in these sizes its unavailable. Mostly denim, swimwear and sportswear.

No expiry on gift cards!!!
It's so disappointing when you find a gift card you forgot about and it has expired and you either lose the entire amount or have to pay a fee to be ale to use it (but only if it is within a week of expiry, any time after that, forget it, you've lost your money).
If you send a gift voucher as a gift, it would be great to be notified when it has been used!
It would also be great to send regular emails once a month to both the buyer and recipient to let them know they still…

Create match suggestions for items picked.
When you pick an item it would be great if matching accessories, clothing items etc were suggested (almost style guide) to save the effort of trying to pull together an outfit.

Improve size information for footwear
I find sizing most inconsistent on footwear. Providing a measurement for the wearable length of shoe, taken from inside the shoe, could help understand differences in each brand/style
