  2. Please stop showing items multiple times in a search

    Whenever I do a search I am constantly seeing products pop up again and again on later pages. I'd like to see each one only once. Also, I'd like to see more items on a page, at least 100, without having to click 'next'.

  3. Have a health edit, and better shoe comfort/support filters.

    The considered edit and wellness category are good but I'd like more physical health and well-being focuses.

    For shoes: add a 'support' category and monitor the 'comfort' category better.
    - Many self-reported 'comfort' shoes don't even have the bare minimum. It should only include quality brands that know what they're doing and design their shoes for all-day wear: with high-quality shaping, padding, soft material + seams that don't cause blisters etc. Also, a lot of good shoes/brands aren't in the edit.
    - An even higher standard 'support' filter for shoes that have podiatrist certified designs, insoles etc. would be great.

  4. Have better range of wide fit shoes

    My feet are fat! But I love shoes (especially sandals)
    Would be good to have more options for wide feet. So sick of buying shoes to find out my feet spill over the side or don’t even go into the shoe to start

  7. be a bit tighter on the categories.

    I am here looking for clothes to wear to work, and under "smart casual" is a lot of off shoulder, very short, see through and frilly gear that is not smart at all. there are plenty of categories for beach/ party / casual but Smart Casual needs to mean what it says. I've been put off shopping on this site as its so hard to get a relevant filter.

  8. Encourage reviewers to generally mention their body type when commenting on a products 'size detail'.

    Provides more credit to the reviewers opinion of products sizing (viewers are then not potentially misled)

    1. Stock brands that are made from recycle materials, you already have some such as Patagonia, which is great.
    2. I would recommend having more education on your site about this, clothing is fast industry with a significant negative environmental impact.
    3. Stocks brands that are made with fair-trade principles/practises.
    4. Educate about sustainability
    5. Be plastic free business- choose home-compostable option instead.
    6. Have a section of second hand clothes - to encourage more sustainable clothing/fashion.

    I have received two $25 vouchers and when I tried to apply each one I was informed they were not valid. This has caused a loss of credibility re: The Iconic. Just not good enough. Also, can you improve the designs and quality of women's clothing? I find the Chinese stuff so boring and trashy.
