Send orders to trusted customers VIPs, and the customer only pays for what they keep.
Would be a great thing if you could order multiple sizes of clothing and only pay for what you keep. Waiting for refunds makes me think twice about purchasing!

Have a tall section that includes details of torso length, pant and sleeve inseam details.
I am 6ft tall and a size 14 with long arms and legs. When I return a product, it’s usually because the sleeve length or leg length is inadequate. Most products you display have torso length but I haven’t encountered inseam length for the arms and legs. It would save me a lot of time and trouble returning products if I knew how long their sleeves and legs were.

Show hemlines on different body shapes
Some kind of tool that lets you enter your measurements and it will show you where the the hem and split of a dress or skirt would fall on your body shape.

Sales on all items more often - not just selected items + epress post to all areas
I wish you would have a sale on all items and not just selected items.
I live remotely and it can take up to 3 weeks to get items via standard post - would like to see you offer express post to all areas.

Keep my browsing preferences eg when I sort by a particular category, I wish that setting would stay in every page instead of having to re-sort everything I view a new section

Re-configure the "favourites" list page viewing.
The one and only thing which I have ever found a tad frustrating, is when I'm viewing my "favourites" pages. I have quite a few pages of my "favourites" and find that, if I'm on page 3 for example, and click on an item there to review it, when I click on the "return to previous page" button, it always takes me back to page 1 of my "favourites list" instead of page 3 if I'd been on page 3; same with whatever page an item is, on the "way back", it's always back to page 1, which is a…

The iconic has limited to no petite sized clothing! A huge chunk of the market you're missing out on.... and the teeny tiny women are desperate...

Enable me to create an AVITAR 👧🏻 with MY size and body shape so that I can “try-on” cloths before I buy them.
It would be just like putting clothes on a doll when I was young but it would be more like SinCity. I would be able to see myself dress in an outfit and that would help me decide if it would suit me.

Have ‘Pop-up’ stores for smaller less well known fashion brands alongside all the big brands you already sell.
Smaller brands that offer something different are becoming harder to fine as retail space is too expensive so an online ‘pop-up’ that is curated by the Iconic would be great every once in a while for some inspiration.
