Refund processed once return received/scanned by Auspost
It would be great if returned items were refunded once they are received/scanned in at the return point (AusPost, etc). ASOS processes refunds as soon as the item is scanned in and it would be great if you could do the same as I much prefer The Iconic! Thanks!

Stock used items
People that have only used an item once or twice and it’s in a resaleable condition can return it so other people can buy it at a greatly reduced price. Maybe call the it the Iconic Opp Shop? Or Pre loved Iconic?

Add "select all" button to filter section so we dont have to select each brand individually but can just deselect brands we dont like

Stock more recycled/ethically produced swimwear (incl maternity)
The only thing that makes me favour ASOS over The Iconic is their range of recycled swimwear. It's fashionable and ethical. Double tick! More of this please.

Be able to save a favorites ‘brand list’ have all your brands in one place
It would be handy to be able to save all your favourite brands in the one place. When doing a search for new items or items on sale, can look across all acategeories (active wear, dresses, shoes etc) all in the one place by limited to your top brands

Have animated clips of clothing so I can see how the fabric moves/ clings
Model walks a few paces wearing outfit perhaps with accessories. A moment where any features are zoomed in on to show texture or movement or elasticity - anything that doesn’t come across in the static photo
