Start a reward system
It would be great to see a point system every time a purchase transaction is done.

Don't split the use of credit notes on multiple items
I don't like how credit note amounts are split when multiple items are purchased.
It should just be applied to the total and not on any item in particular so if one of the multiple items needs to be returned, a refund is not made by both a partial credit note & the cash method payment.
Instead the cash payment method is refunded first and the credit note as the second resort for refund.

Have video uploads of different size people in the clothes
Oh and a great brand to stock would be the girlfriend collective. They make activewear that made from recycled plastic bottles and the quality is spot on.

Have a wider size inclusion range
It would be amazing if your Suppliers could include a very wide range of sizing in all of their products with a larger number available.There really is nothing more demeaning to an other size person loving a style and not being able to purchase due low stock or sizing that doesn't actually include anything more than the standard 04 - 16 range.

allow you to filter out maternity clothes/plus size/petite
It would be good if you could filter out categories of clothing that don't apply, e.g. maternity, plus size and petite.

A ‘build your look’ feature
A bit like those sectioned flippy books where you can turn a page to change a hat, or other body sections, so you can piece bits together visually to compile a complete look

Have different size models trying clothes on - real people
Have a model and other shaped people trying/modelling the same item. Gives all people a better idea of how they will look in the garment

More info on the models to give a better understanding of fit
I wish there was more info on the model, like what size they're wearing, if the items is a loose fit or tight on them, if the styling alters the shape, how tall they are, if they're wearing a different size to usual. This would mean customers could get a better idea of how the product will fit onto different bodies, eg. if the dress looks too short and the model is over 6ft you could purchase knowing it will be longer on you

Have a rewards system like Sephora!
Every dollar you spend accumulates a point for better rewards as well as free samples. But instead of giving samples you could offer half price items in their wish list or something
