Please add a filter for children's items and remove them from search results when filtering women's or men's items. I don't have children, I might never want to have children and I would enjoy my shopping experience more if I could only see the results of women's when that's what I select. Furthermore, I feel for people struggling to conceive or going through a miscarriage when shopping and not being able to remove these items from their search results.
