Actually delivery your order
When you give your money to them, I wish they would actually send out the stuff you ordered instead of sending nothing out

Have invoice available to download on website, not only through email
Display the actual price you paid for the item in the order details area - at the moment it displays the original price, and just the lump discount you received in the total price of the order.

Catet for 40+ with an edge or.outside the box.
Alot of the mens clothing look like something found in Myer. Stale and boring. 40+ men looki.g for that webstore that caters for those who arw outside the box.

Make the unidays code applicable to all stock not just exclusives
Allow their unidays code to be valid on all stock not just their "exclusives" range - I can head to asos and buy Calvin Klein etc for the retail price minus 10%, why would I purchase it off the iconic for more?

Get a tall womens section like Asos, Boohoo and Misguided?

have shoes for wide feet or show diameter across ball of foot
By showing diameter across ball of foot those of us with wide feet can tell if the shoe will fit. Some of your brands are NOT for wide feet (such as Spurr) but some styles can fit wide feet.
Of course there is also brands such as Naturaliser, Diana Ferrari, etc that are for wide feet.19 votes -

Better return packaging
Instead of having to tape the return slip on the packaging, it would be so much simpler if there was a clear pouch that the return slip could just be split into.

change their delivery service from AusPost to a more reliable delivery service
I have to keep chasing up lost parcels almost every single time. I can't remember the last time I actually received my package the next day. AusPost is unreliable and slow. It would be great if the ICONIC would switch to a postal service that actually delivers on time.
