Speed up refund processing time.
Perhaps an instant refund, before the goods are received back; particularly for loyal customers with proven track records of no problem returns. As long as the return has been booked in, this would seem viable. And, the sooner I get a refund, the sooner I can spend it with The Iconic! Everybody wins.

Print the recycling logo and plastic type on their plastic bags so that they can be recycled.
Given the amount of parcels you would be sending out every day of the year, it is quite sad that the plastic bags, in which your goods arrive, and which were specifically printed for the Iconic, do not have the little triangle on them with the number and type of plastic indicated. In most parts of Australia this means that your bags will end up in landfill.

Fix 'saved' payment option/s
The very first payment option I used has saved to the checkout and I have never been able to change it even though I don't use that card anymore. Now I have to edit to my current card every single time I buy something and it never saves. I'm getting really tired of it.

have an app that allows you to enter approx height and weight and try the clothes on. Not our own photo.
Just create a character that can be adjusted according to height, weight etc and show them walking with the clothes on. You could have the ability to put different tops and bottoms together.
